Abstract
As a result of the research of the pasteurized milk safety parameters realized in Yerevan city it is established that the contents of toxic elements, pesticides and radionuclides in milk samples are within the safety values. It was also found that the majority of milk samples (6/8) produced by different companies are contaminated with microorganisms and, therefore, can't be considered as a safe and suitable for human consumption.
